Prepared from only truly Free Range, slow maturing, additive-free - naturally raised animals - with impeccable husbandry - on lush green pastures - and then Dry Aged to perfection

We carefully source our Premium Quality Veal only from farms that are accredited with the SKV mark, which guarantees the highest standards of animal welfare, and quality of diet.

Buttery texture

Yields an almost melt in the mouth buttery, fine, close texture - with a wonderfully delicate flavour.

Just sauté in Butter with Onions and Sage.

This delicacy

So important not to overcook this delicacy - so leave it a little bit pink in the centre.

Best pan-fried or sautéed.
