Free Range 28-day Dry Aged Thors Hammer
INGREDIENTS: Free Range Leg of Beef on the Bone
ALLERGEN ADVICE: For Allergens, including Cereals containing Gluten, see Ingredients in Bold.
Cook thoroughly
Free Range 28-day Dry Aged Thors Hammer
We recommend this Cut be slow cooked to get the best from it. Either in the oven, slow cooker, or BBQ /Smoker.
Remove from the fridge at least 30 minutes before cooking to allow the Meat to get up to room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 150°c
Season with Salt, Pepper and any other Spices of your choice.
First brown your Meat then place in a roasting pan with your choice of Stock, Wine, Onions and Seasonings.
Slow cook for 4hrs. Check if the Meat falls off the bone easily. If not quite ready cook for a further 45 mins
Once cooked remove from the oven, cover with tin foil -and set aside to rest for 20-30 mins.
