Gorgeously sweet, tender and juicy Lamb with an unparalleled Lamby taste. Expertly Dry Aged on the bone for concentrated maximum succulence and flavour
A generous Double-Loin Chop cut right across the Loin suited for grilling and frying.
They are also sometimes referred to as Double Loin Lamb Chops, Lamb Butterfly Chops or Saddle Chops as they are cut across the Saddle producing a Double Loin Chop with a little Under Fillet all in one.
