Our Chicken Tenders are prepared from the pectoralis minor muscles of the animal. These strips of white Meat are located on either side of the breastbone, under the breast meat.
Expertly cut from these Premium Quality Chickens - these boneless, skinless, Chicken Breast Tenders are full of flavour and are a healthy and versatile cut, ready prepared for easy cooking.
Try them in stews, braises, stir-fries, Curries - or just pan-fried, griddled or grilled with a little seasoning on top.

INGREDIENTS: Free Range Chicken

Cook thoroughly

Stew (on top of the hob)
Brown meat and add root vegetables (celery, onions, carrots). Sweet things go well with Chicken like pineapples and fruits etc.) Then add stock, wine, herbs, bay leaves and cover. Cook slowly on the hob on a low heat until tender. Just before serving thicken with flour or corn flour.
Braising (in the oven)
Brown meat and add root vegetables (celery, onions, carrots). Sweet things go well with Chicken like pineapples and fruits etc.)

Grilling Chicken
Place under a hot grill for about 10 minutes each side until golden brown and the flesh if firm but not dry. Chicken has to be cooked through and a meat thermometer is a very handy utensil to have around the kitchen (for Chicken you want the internal meat temperature to be over 70˚c 158˚f+)
Fry or griddle
Cook slowly and not too fierce until browned on both sides (about 5 minutes on a thin piece and 10 Minutes on thick breasts). Chicken has to be cooked through and a meat thermometer is a very handy utensil to have around the kitchen (for Chicken you want the internal meat temperature to be over 70˚c 158˚f+but not over 80˚c).
Barbecue
Some barbecues can be extremely hot and can over cook the outside and leave the middle raw. Some don’t have enough heat to cook thoroughly so always be careful and know your barbecue.Chicken has to be cooked through and a meat thermometer is a very handy utensil to have around the barbecue (for Chicken you want the internal temperature to be over 70˚c 158˚f but not over 80˚c)
