Free Range Chicken Skewers 🚩
INGREDIENTS: Free Range Chicken, Sugar, Salt, Majoram, Thyme, Mint, Oregano, Tomato Powder, Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thaimin), Coriander, Pimento, Chilli, Ginger, Garlic Powder, Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (contains Soya, Salt, Maize, Citric Acid E330, Colour E150d), Sweetener E954 (contains Dextrose, Saccharin, Natural Flavour), Paprika Extract, Sulphur Dioxide

Cook thoroughly
Free Range Chicken Skewers 🚩
Fry or griddle
Cook slowly and not too fierce until browned on both sides (about 5 minutes on a thin piece and 10 Minutes on thick breasts). Chicken has to be cooked through and a meat thermometer is a very handy utensil to have around the kitchen (for Chicken you want the internal meat temperature to be over 70˚c 158˚f+but not over 80˚c).
Grilling chicken

Some barbecues can be extremely hot and can over cook the outside and leave the middle raw. Some don’t have enough heat to cook thoroughly so always be careful and know your barbecue. Roasting pieces of Chicken
Place Chicken in Oven on 190˚c / 350˚f gas mark 5 for about 35 minutes (for Chicken you want the internal temperature to be over 70˚c 158˚f+not over 80˚c)
