Free Range Diced Leg of Lamb 🚩

INGREDIENTS: Free Range Lamb

ALLERGEN ADVICE: For Allergens, including Cereals containing Gluten, see Ingredients in Bold.
Cook thoroughly

Free Range Diced Leg of Lamb 🚩

Stewing

Dust meat in seasoned Flour then brown meat in a pan.  

Add root vegetables (Celery, Onions, Carrots, etc.)

Then add Stock, Red Wine, Herbs, Bay Leaves and cover. Cook slowly on the hob on a  low heat until 

Just before serving, thicken with Flour or Corn Flour. 

Stews are always better the next day reheated.  

Barbecue
Diced Lamb can be used for barbecuing - just marinade and push on to a wate soaked Bamboo skewer (you can ask us for them in your order notes) 

Place skewered meat onto the Barbecue for about 6 to 10 minutes turning twice. 

Lamb can be done pink and it is not too important to cook it through and usually when it looks nice and browned it is ready to eat.
