Cook thoroughly
Free Range Diced Ox Kidney
First of you soak the Kidney in the milk for about 1 hour. This tenderizes the meat and reduces the “gamey” smell and the strong iron taste.
They can be then added to stews or pie mixes for that extra special rich lift - or used in existing Kidneys dishes.
