INGREDIENTS: Free Range Beef, Peppers, Rapeseed Oil, Palm Oil (Hydrogenated), Dextrose, Broth Granules (Hydrogenated). Spices (Paprika, Herbs, Antioxidant:[L-Ascorbyl Palmitate, Tocopherol])

ALLERGEN ADVICE: For Allergens, including Cereals containing Gluten, see Ingredients in Bold.
Cook thoroughly

Grilling or griddling (frying)

Approximate times if cut 1 inch or 2.5cm thick.

Blue
1-2 minutes per side
30/45°c.

Rare
2-3 minutes per side
46/50°c.

Medium Rare
2-4 minutes per side
52/55°c.

Medium
3-5 minutes per side
56/60°c.

Well done
4-6 minutes per side
60°c.

Or can be placed in a hot oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
