Our Meatballs are crafted freshly from the same prime cuts of grass-fed, additive-free, slow-matured and properly Dry Aged Beef and Pork we use in all of our Cuts.

100% pure meat - a perfect balance of Beef and Pork to maximise taste, but retain a silky moist texture are freshly hand-ground and seasoned with a little Salt and Pepper, just to bring out the flavour in the meat. 

Comforting home-made meals

These hand-made Meatballs equally find favour both as quick, comforting home-made meals for the kids after school or prepared more grandly, but still simply, for the family meal as perhaps Pasta with Meatballs in a rich Tomato sauce flecked with Parmesan Cheese.

INGREDIENTS: 50% Free Range Beef, 50% Free Range Pork, Herbs, Natural Spices, Water, Preservative (E221), Antioxidant (E301) Sulphur Dioxide

Cook thoroughly

Free Range Handmade Meatballs

Meatballs can be cooked in a few different ways, with many countries claiming them as their own- from Sweden to Italy, and from Pork, Veal, and Beef, to being mixed with Smoked Bacon to lift the flavour.

Italian Style

Brown a chopped onion with some crushed garlic, if you like garlic. Then place meatballs and a good tomato sauce, or chopped tomatoes and some Chicken stock, and bring back to the low boil for about 30 minutes.
