Free Range Lamb Kebabs 🚩
INGREDIENTS: Free Range Lamb, Peppers

Cook thoroughly
Free Range Lamb Kebabs 🚩
Fry or Griddle
10 minutes each side to an internal temperature 50˚c to 70˚c depending on how you like your Lamb
Barbecue
Lamb can be cooked pink, and it is not too important to cook it through. Usually when it looks nice and browned it is ready to eat
Roasting
Place in oven at 180˚c/350˚F gas mark 4 for 30 to 45 minutes depending how well done you like your Lamb. Internal temperature 48˚c to 70˚c
Core Temperatures using a Meat thermometer
Rare | 48-50°c | rested 52-54°c |
Medium Rare | 52-54°c | rested 56-58°c |
Medium | 56-58°c | rested 60-62°c |
Well Done | 65-68°c | rested 70-75°c |
