Free Range Lamb Kebabs

INGREDIENTS: Free Range Lamb, Peppers

ALLERGEN ADVICE: For Allergens, including Cereals containing Gluten, see Ingredients in Bold.
Cook thoroughly

Free Range Lamb Kebabs

Fry or Griddle

10 minutes each side to an internal temperature 50˚c to 70˚c depending on how you like your Lamb

Barbecue

Lamb can be cooked pink, and it is not too important to cook it through.  Usually when it looks nice and browned it is ready to eat 

Roasting

Place in oven at 180˚c/350˚F gas mark 4 for 30 to 45 minutes depending how well done you like your Lamb. Internal temperature 48˚c to 70˚c

Core Temperatures using a Meat thermometer

Rare 48-50°c rested 52-54°c
Medium Rare 52-54°c rested 56-58°c
Medium 56-58°c rested 60-62°c
Well Done 65-68°c rested 70-75°c
