Cook thoroughly
Free Range Lamb Middle Neck
Stewing and Pot Roasting
- Dust meat in seasoned Flour then brown meat in a pan, add root vegetables (Celery, Onions, Carrots,
- Then add Stock, Red Wine, Herbs, Bay Leaves and
- Cook slowly on the hob on a low heat until tender
- Just before serving thicken with Flour or Corn Flour.
Stews are always better next day reheated.
Roast
Roast in Stock and vegetables on 180˚c/350˚F gas mark 4 for about 30 minutes
