INGREDIENTS: Free Range Pork
ALLERGEN ADVICE: For Allergens, including Cereals containing Gluten, see Ingredients in Bold.
Cook thoroughly
Free Range Pork Collar Steaks
Fry or griddle
Remember to pat dry and let the meat reach room temperature before cooking
Preheat your pan or grill to almost smoking hot
Season both sides well and place in the frying pan or under the grill
If pan frying crisp the fat edge first
Then sear for 3 - 4 mins until brown - but not charred - and turn and repeat
Keep turning to avoid burning until the preferred internal temperature of 65°c is reached
Then cover and rest on a warm plate for 10 mins
