Once assembled, the Pork Leg Steak chunks are perfectly complemented by - as you have probably guessed - a marinade of big, strong South American flavours - typically Mexican flavours such as Cayenne, Jalapeno Chillies .Coriander, Lemon, Tomato and Herbs - which makes this a real favourite!

Free Range Pork Steak Kebabs 🚩
INGREDIENTS: Free Range Pork, Peppers, Rapeseed, Sunflower, Linseed Oils, Chilli, Cumin, Pepper, Coriander, Jalapeno Pepper, Salt, Tomato, Garlic, Onion, Sugar, Herbs, Paprika, Dextrose, Lemon Juice, Citric Acid
ALLERGEN ADVICE: For Allergens, including Cereals containing Gluten, see Ingredients in Bold.
Cook thoroughly
Free Range Pork Steak Kebabs 🚩
Fry or Griddle
10 minutes each side to an internal temperature 60 ˚c to 70˚c
Barbecue
Lamb can be done pink and it is not too important to cook it through and usually when it looks nice and browned it is ready to eat unless it is minced or a burger then cook to internal temperature of 70˚c
Roasting
Place in oven at 180˚c/350˚f gas mark 4 for 30 to 45 minutes depending how well done you like your lamb. Internal temperature 60 ˚c to 70˚c
