Free Range Three Bird Roast
INGREDIENTS: Whole Duck, Guinea Fowl, 2 Partridges, Stuffing (75% Pork, Salt, Rice Flour, Herbs, Sage), Preservative (E221), Sulphites, Dextrose, Stabliser (E450), Antioxidants (E301,E331), Spice Extracts, Rusk (Wheat), Pine Nuts, Currants, Orange Zest

Cook thoroughly
Free Range Three Bird Roast
Roasting
1 Cover with foil
2 Two and a half hours at 180c gas mark 4 Then remove foil.
3 Then turn up to 200c gas mark 6 this is just to brown off the skin. this should take about 30 mins till crispy brown not black.
If you have a meat thermometer that's 70c in the centre of the bird.
4 Rest for 20 mins in a warm place
