All our Hams are produced from the same Outdoor-reared, slow-matured, grass-fed, naturally-raised Pigs that we take all of our Premium Quality Gammon cuts from.
Traditional, old fashioned, moist and succulent
We take Pork Legs which are gently immersed in brine for just the right amount of days.
Elusive to find
Once ready, we prepare them into our own Smoked and Unsmoked Hams that yield a mouth-watering, traditional, old fashioned, moist and succulent Ham flavour - that is so elusive to find these days.
Wonderfully moist, but never “wet”
We don't accept modern practises of adding chemicals and lots of added water, but just hand cure and slow-cook our Hams the natural way - to yield a wonderfully moist, but never “wet” texture - so you can enjoy what this luscious meat should really taste like.
