We have learnt from the visitors to our very popular “How to” videos featured on our web site and also from our Butchery Classes customers that there is a basic desire to try out new cuts and not have to plough through endless Cookery Books to find a method of cooking that is simple, easy to follow-and produces a great meal

Many thought such a simple thing would not gain much of a following or attract real National interest.
How wrong they were.

Now armed with our customers' real requests - we set about writing the basic methods of How to Cook each cut of meat on the Web site in a consistent and simple manner.
Click through on every Product page
Every Cut has a click through on every Product page so you can see the basic ways to “Cook that Cut” be it Frying, Griddling, Stewing, Braising, Barbecuing, Roasting, Pot Roasting, 24 hour Slow Bake, Oven Bake or Boil.
Enjoy and experiment
This is no “Master Class”- its there so you our customers, are able to enjoy and experiment with our Premium Quality produce with much more confidence and ease.
Now Over 600 New Recipes added to Godfreys How to Cook pages
For those wanting to be bit more adventurous - or just looking for a change -we have just added over 600 new recipes to our Award Winning Website
And these are not just any recipes
Previously our How to Cook page for each Cut described the basic ways to cook each Cut - be it Pan Fried, Grilled, Oven Roasted, Oven Baked, Braised or Barbecued.
A New Related Recipes Bar
Now on each How to Cook page - where applicable - we have added a Related Recipes Bar that shows other recipes you may wish to try - and also showcases other ways to cook your Cut that may not have occurred to you.
Each Related Recipe has an Image of the product that shows exactly what the cooked Cut will look like.
Under that Image is a short description to give you a quick idea what the Recipe is all about
Now here’s the clever bit
Click on the Recipe - hey presto! - you are immediately transported to the Recipe Page with full lists of Ingredients and precise Preparation and Cooking Times and detailed Instructions
As we said previously - these Recipes are not any run of the mill Recipes
Carefully curated for each product - we try to offer:

• Slow-and-Low Cooked Meals
• Different Cooking methods for the same Cut
• Thrifty Meals
