INGREDIENTS: 75% Pork, Salt, Spices (Pepper, Ginger), Flavour Enhancer (E621), Rice Flour, Dextrose, Preservatives (E221), Sulphite, Spice Extracts, Anti-caking Agents (E535, E551), Rusk (Wheat)

Lincolnshire Herby Sausage Meat

Sausage meat can be used to make Meat Balls, Stuffing Balls, Stuffing for inside a Chicken or perfect for your own Scotch Eggs.

For roasting, always include the Stuffing when calculating the cooking time. If you’re using a temperature probe you want the centre to be 70ºc.

Sausage Stuffing Balls need about 30 minutes in the oven on a Gas Mark 3, 325º Fahrenheit 170º Celsius. If you’re using a temperature probe you want the centre to be 70ºc.
