Authentic Award-winning Scottish Haggis at its best

Great Taste Award Winner 2025

Traditionally served iconically as the centrepiece on Burns Night - the 25th of January - The Farmer’s Son authentic, award-winning Haggis is now enjoyed all year round in restaurants, bistros, gastropubs and on many breakfast tables.

Special blend of Spices and Seasonings

Handmade and created from a 100-year-old Recipe of a subtle Spice blend, Pork and Beef to give distinct character to this classic Scottish dish.

No artificial colours, flavours or Preservatives

Like all our products this Haggis is made with no artificial colours, flavours or Preservatives, free from added Sugar or Dairy, for a flavour and texture that we can be proud of, but don’t take our word for it, the proof is in the pudding!

These are then cooked together to produce this delicious and highly distinctive Scottish national dish - traditionally served with “neeps and tatties”

Perfect degree of moistness and consistency

The perfect degree of moistness and consistency - The Farmer’s Son’s Haggis is now also used on Canapes, spicy Pakoras, even Lasagne - or simply as part of a full English breakfast.

Heritage back to the early 1700s

Based in Auchtertool in Fife - Founder of the Farmer's Son, Pete Mitchell, comes from a long line of Farmers and Producers. He can trace his family's farming heritage back to the early 1700s, where for almost 300 years, they've farmed the same part of Scotland, as they do today, growing superb crops and rearing award-winning livestock, while caring for the environment

Ethically sourced ingredients & sustainable farming practices

All The Farmer’s Son products are handmade using ethically sourced ingredients & sustainable farming practices and crafted in small batches, for only the finest quality and freshness. They produce food how 'it used to taste', taking time, hard work and care to make sure quality is never compromised.
