Virginia BBQ Pulled Pork 🚩
INGREDIENTS: Free Range Pork, Potato Starch, Sugar, Tomato Powder, Modified Starch, Salt, Onion Powder, Natural Flavouring, Acidity Regulator (E262), Garlic Powder, Malt Extract, Smoke Flavouring, Spice, Natural Colour (E160C).
ALLERGEN ADVICE: For Allergens, including Cereals containing Gluten, see Ingredients in Bold.
Cook thoroughly
Virginia BBQ Pulled Pork 🚩
Cook In The Bag:
•Innovative product that saves time and money.
•Oven bake MAX temperature is 220°C
•No need to pierce
•Microwaveable
•Intelligent seal implementation
•Precooked meals can be finished in the microwave in less than 5 minutes, resulting in excellent flavour.
Cooking Suggestion
Cook in the centre of a preheated fan oven at 150°C (170°C for non fan) for 2 hours, (note times given are a guideline and will vary across devices, please check meat is cooked thoroughly).
Half way through Cooking turn the Bag over to redistribute the juices
Once cooked, remove from the oven, and rest for 15 minutes.
The meat pork will appear slightly dark and crusty - which is the caramelised coating you need for the perfect Pulled Pork
Carefully cut open the bag, and drain off the juices and set aside.
Place the Pork into a large mixing bowl and using two forks pull the Pork apart - then combine with the cooking juices - scrunching up - and mixing in - the crunchier darker outer meat for maximum taste
Now add some Mississippi Sweet Apple BBQ sauce to enrich the Pork and mix well.
Serve the Pulled Pork in a toasted brioche bun topped with Monterrey Jack Cheese and Apple Slaw.
